Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — your first month of Pro is just $1. That gives you full access to all Pro features for 30 days. After that, it is $5.99/month. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limit?
You will be gently prompted to upgrade once you hit 10 connected services. Your existing logins remain fully functional — you just can not add new ones until you upgrade or remove old ones.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Contact our sales team with your organization details and we will set up a custom discounted or free Enterprise plan for verified nonprofits and educational institutions.
How do I cancel or update my billing information?
You can manage your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Go to your Profile or Orders page and click 'Manage Subscription' to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
