1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AuthenPass mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

AuthenPass provides secure authentication and QR verification services designed to help users manage digital authentication quickly and safely. The Services include QR code scanning, authentication setup, and related security features for modern digital access and identity protection.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or threatening
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Uses automated means to access the Services without permission
• Scans or attempts to intercept QR codes or authentication data belonging to other users without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by AuthenPass and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthenPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuthenPass operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
